Helen Vaughn
Office Administrator
Helen has been with Faith Baptist since 2008, serving as the churches “go-to” administrative resource. Previous to Faith Baptist, Helen spent 9 years with Hewlett-Packard, where she developed an intimate understanding of business administration and operations. As a native Rhode-Islander, Helen studied Business Administration and Management at Bryant University, and she has a passion to continue to develop her skills in service to growing God’s Kingdom and making disciples.

Mike Zompa
Worship Director
Mike is a self-taught musician that has been playing both guitar and piano for over two decades. That love of music led Mike to begin participating in Faith’s music ministry several years ago as a supportive musician. This ultimately led to him being called to lead Faith’s worship team in October of 2018. Since that time Mike has grown in both his ability as a Worship Director and his love of serving God by leading His congregation to worship in song.
