What is Night to Shine?
Night to Shine is a complimentary event for people with special needs hosted by local churches around the world. The event is open to anyone living with disabilities, ages 14 and older. Each event is unique to its location, but some cornerstone activities included across all of them are a red carpet entrance complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoeshines, limousine rides, karaoke, gifts, a catered dinner, a Sensory Room, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, dancing, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is honored as a King or a Queen - the way God sees them each and every day. Information for Night to Shine 2026 will be coming in the fall.
How can I support Night to Shine?
Night to Shine is funded through a grant from the Tim Tebow Foundation and through donations from churches, individuals, and businesses. The event is free, but it costs approximately $65 per guest to run the event and we need your support. All donations are tax deductible and are used entirely to cover event expenses. Please consider sponsoring a guest with a $65 donation - but gifts of any size are welcome. Other ways to help...
We are always looking for volunteers to help during the event. Volunteers should commit to attend our two volunteer training meetings in January and must have a valid background check on file dated no more than three years prior to the event date. Volunteers under 18 need to have a release signed by an adult guardian on file.
Many businesses and companies donate goods and services to Night to Shine. Donations may be as simple as gift cards or as big as a limousine for picture taking. If you have something to donate or know someone who does, please contact us.
