Faith Baptist has a full nursery and preschool department ready to meet the needs of your infants through three-year-olds during the Sunday School hour and the Worship service…

All those utilizing the preschool should know that the spiritual, emotional, and physical health and safety of your children is our number one concern.  You will be asked to fill out a registration form and sign in and out each week. Children will only be released to authorized adults.

It is our Lord God who is the focus of our worship. He is to be glorified and honored in all we do. It is the desire of this ministry to encourage and assist the body of Christ to bring to the Lord the worship he deserves, not only through music but to carry it through our daily lives.

Children want to be like adults so much! They follow adult examples in so many ways. At Faith Baptist, we want to be great examples to our children! (1 Corinthians 11:1).
All children are invited to be a part of the fun and excitement every week!  

The Children’s Ministry is comprised of two departments:

• PRESCHOOL DEPARTMENT: Teaching Infants – Pre-K. By providing loving care for your children we are helping them form the impression that church is a pleasant place. We will introduce basic Bible truths through stories, lessons, and activities suitable for the age of your child.
• GRADE SCHOOL DEPARTMENT: Teaching children between Kindergarten and 5th Grade. The classes are individualized so that we can age-appropriately minister to all the different age groups.

All of the graded classes meet during the 9:30-10:30 A.M. Sunday School period in our lower level. Although we study the same topics as adults, our curriculum is designed to do so in an age-appropriate manner. Our prayer is that the consistency of the curriculum will promote further family discussion at home about the Bible lesson taught for the week.

Children’s Church is offered for children Kindergarten through 4th grade in the lower level of the church building. Children begin their worship experience in the sanctuary with their families and are dismissed after the music worship time approximately 11:30. Children are to be picked up by an authorized adult at the end of service. The first Sunday of every month is Family Day. Children’s Church is not held, so that children can observe the Lord’s Supper with the congregation.

Throughout the year a number of other special events, activities, and Bible lessons take place for our children. The most significant of these are our Children's Discipleship Program, a weekly Bible study that takes place on Wednesday evenings during the school year, and Vacation Bible School, which takes place during a week in the summer. Other events happen during special seasons like Christmas or Easter. Regardless of when these events occur, the purpose of all of them is the same - to make disciples of our children by leading them to Christ and then helping them to grow in His grace and love.
